Typically in the last 50 years when industrial production falls 1% YoY we see a recession, it's not happening in America now. However, we see the impact in oil and mining states.

Now, we are seeing the impact in the Houston Housing market

You are just now figuring out the houston housing market follows oil prices. Where have you been the last 75 years?

We all know that oil states get impacted by the WTI collapse in price, we see that in the national state data too

It's just with housing it has a lagging factor in it, as oil started to fall more than a year ago but now in late 2015, we see the impact per the housing data in a more clear fashion.
