A new standard for investigating sexual violence on campuses is headed for a final vote in California. CBS News legal analyst Rikki Klieman sits down with the "CBS This Morning" co-hosts to discuss what "yes means yes" really means.

what if....uh...one is turned on...uh...by the one on the bottom?

Strategist says

I think you will be right. If you refuse to get turned on by the beauty on the bottom you will get sued for discrimination.

The law is simple.

NO means NO.
YES means YES.
MAYBE means...what kind of car do you drive?

The thing is that false rape charges, remember Kobe Bryant at the hotel in Colorado, now ten years ago, tend to be scandalous and have been known to hurt ppl's business and reputation.

The moment that incident had occurred, everyone around me automatically assumed that Kobe was guilty but I saw that it was BS. And of course, she immediately calmed up, after getting a million out of the deal. How convenient. That's not a person looking for justice and a public apology but a scam artist.

Kobe had lost his Coca-Cola, McDonald, & Nutella deals, as a result of a false rape charge. That was worth more than his NBA salary.

He'd also bought Vanessa, his wife, a $4M ring to calm her down.

Note to self, never fuck a bitch from California.

Kobe Bryant was in Colorado, so you can add much of the continental USA to that list.

The "Immense Hirsute Lesbian" law dictates that a man who gazes at a woman for more than a split second on campus is kept in stocks on the main quad with a dildo protruding from his ass for two days for the first offense, and has to pay said woman a fine of not less than $200 for treating her as a prostitute.

My new California motto: "Boner with Honor!"

89   Peter P   2014 Oct 3, 3:00am

These women need "feminism" because they are weak. They cry uncle at the first sight of perceived adversity. Oh, I forgot, they can't even cry uncle because he could be "eye raping" them.

Strong women (e.g. Cleopatra) in history used seduction to gain power. Strength comes from introspection and self-awareness, not policy.

90   Peter P   2014 Oct 3, 3:05am

Any person who notices an erection on a fully-clothed man is DEFINITELY guilty of eye-raping.

91   Peter P   2014 Oct 3, 3:26am

There is still hope. 50 Shades of Grey is a big hit among women.

Deep down, they all want some time in the Red Room of Pain. Who doesn't? ;-)

I believe that any contract, like BSDM, which means sex for hire, is illegal in America.

Thus, the characters of the book can be criminally charged, if let's say someone informs the police. If this were Australia, it wouldn't be a problem at all, as there are clubs, which cater to fantasies, including BSDM with 'safe words'.

Yet another reason I'm just passing through.

Hopefully the popularity of the book amongst women can effect changes. Perhaps true feminists will finally realize that sex is power and sex is business.

One way to remove ambiguity between rape and willful sex is to mandate that money changes hands.

willful sex is to mandate that money changes hands.

Here's the problem, the current generation of Femi-Nazis want their cake and eat it as well. What that means is that they don't want to allow a transaction model, as then, there will actually be services associated with a resource unit of time/money.

If you recall a few years ago, a gal joined a dating site, so that men would pay for her dinners. She was able to save a lot of money, by seeing a different guy, every night. She wasn't at all interested in them but being the losers men are in this society, they all agreed to wine/dine this pretender. The end result was she never called for a 2nd date and moved onto the next guy. There was no sex in any of those situations. It was a pure welfare play.

The dating game is like the 3-card monte. :-)

If you deliberately try to play, you will lose.

Yup, my time is money and thus, I don't play. I like more targeted experiences, like Montreal esc*rts.

So what's next, ugly woman demand equality and men who refuse to sleep with them be thrown in jail???

Life imitates LostAndConfused:

The University of Michigan indeed says that withholding sex is sexual violence

http://hr.umich.edu/stopabuse/resources/definitions.html

"withholding sex and affection; always demanding sex;"

Let me guess: The first one is deemed sexual violence if a man does it. Oh wait, both of them are sexual violence ONLY if a man does them. Women cannot be sexually violent, dontcha' know.

99   Peter P   2014 Oct 3, 4:49am

The going theme of the game is the worship of weakness, whether it is sex or economics.

Sad.

The best way to stop violence against women is to teach them Krav Maga. Everything else is fluff.

I'd say, buy your son a RealDoll by the start of puberty.

Then, when he hits 17/18, fly him to the Philippines, Brazil, or Australia and take him to a proper brothel on his 18th birthday. Make sure he has the experience of a lifetime with the best courtesan.

Then, if he wants a US diploma, do a distance learning program while living in a country where seeing hoes is legal. Personally, I'd aim for an on-campus thing at let's say Univ of Toronto/Canada or Univ of London/UK, but that's just me.

Variety!

...although scrolling between the companion, the amazon, "Saffron" (played by a young Christina Hendricks) and the mechanic could keep a guy happily on the ship for a good long time.

Or was River, the Amazon?

She's almost in Olivia Wilde's category, though Liv's eyes are currently the most beautiful in Hollywood.

I'm telling you, if I were to do it all over, I would never go out on a date period; even though my hormones were raging during those late teen years.

For Americans, who need to take the basic premed prereqs within the USA, take those lab courses (general biology, general chem/O-chem, general physics) at some San Diego school and drive to Tijuana to get your rocks off. Do the rest of your undergrad abroad, either at a distance program in the US, like Penn State online, or some international school.

A few decades ago, when women and minorities were prevented from certain benefits-we needed laws to protect them. But now equality has arrived-we have a black man as the president, a woman who ran as the Vice president, vry successful woman CEOs. That means that it is time to remove gender/race out of it. There will be successful people-men/women/black/white etc and there will be unsuccessful people. It is life and that is the price of freedom-freedom to try and fall flat on your face and then try again and succeed-or not.

Enough-this country has become one of whiners-because of feminists. if we are to succeed-we are to recognize merit/talent-wether that person be a woman or man or both and vice versa.

At least when I was growing up, the women were the responsible ones. Now feminism has transformed into whorism and whores are considered the norm and demand to be treated with respect and the state takes our money as taxes and supports them-if they were not lucky enough to spread their legs and get knocked up by an athlete.

Their priority is to maximize the market value of sex. They will even lay down their inter personal competitions and disputes to pursue this common goal.

Prostitutes dispense sex in unit values, and give men something to compare the "ordinary" self marketing woman, who wishes her "sexual opportunity" to remain shrouded in mystery.

That's why women scorn prostitutes.

They don't want men to have a basis for comparison and to find out that most women aren't even much interested in sex except to have rug rats and as a means to an end, i.e. securing male attention, support and devotion, at least until it is too late and they already have been bought.

I don't know if you knew, but in Australia, guys who're tired of dating, but don't have the cash flow to get regular legal esc*rts from Sydney-to-Perth, go to Thailand regularly, for an economical bo*nk.

It's only in America, where men don't know about these things.
