Surgery is surgery, it leaves scars, nobody knows how a particular individual will heal, and nobody knows how a particular individual will age around the scarring and implants.
The first surgery is likely to be the best, then after five years or so ???????. Things may go south as the person ages and lines, wrinkles, removed cartilage (cartilage does not grow back) and mounds don't cooperate with the surgical result.
Especially with women who have surgeries too early, this results in the vicious cycle of more and more procedures with increasingly unpredictable or bizarre results.
Very profitable for the surgeons, as long as they are stacked with consent forms and lots of malpractice insurance.
Most women unless they have a florid defect or deformity shouldn't even consider plastic surgery before the age of 50.
Call it the boomerang karma of narcissism. Of course, the stars are in front of the camera and see their defects magnified. They should try to appreciate the unique personality of their looks rather than alter to an imaginary goal.
I see many of the TV and movie stars completely lose the personality and distinction/expressiveness of their facies because of plastic surgery that doesn't last, or turns them into face zombies.
Plastic Surgery also has LOTS of complications.

She looks weird, but a pretty common look here in Orange and LA Counties, unfortunately. Maybe they're all seeing the same guy?
My priorities are different. Various body lifts first -- then bizarre-face procedure. Goal: Frighten children!
I watched a few episodes of CSI Miami today - had watched in when it was first on the teevee. But today I watched an episode that was made in 2010 and was shocked to see the blonde chick's face.
These photoz don't do her bad plastic surgeries, fillers and botox injections justice (the bottom one is better than the other, but she looks really awful on teevee). She looks sub-human now. Why the hell do they get all this weird shit done to their faces?
