Could it be that the population of the state is shrinking, but the population of Bay Area is growing?

The City added 28,500 new residents between 2000 and 2010, for a grand total of 805,263.

think about all the new development that was put up over the past 10 years...
how often did you enter the city via 280 6th street off ramp near the once vacant warehouses...or that Golf Drive range (what ever it was called) and now all Condos and Apartments.. and much more still built in the center of the city.. how about that huge towers that went up ? And there is still lots of land that can be developed. SF ports lost much business leaving all the warehouses in China Basin vacant... Candlestick Park ? and there is more land there...

No this is not surprising at all... Just dont let some scum back tell you

"they arent building land anymore" you now know its BS!
