Haha your right, this looks VERY similar to the one I went to. These types of homes are arguable "starter homes" and lets face it, Pacifica is an area you have to have a taste for, it isnt that hot of a destination. 575K for this starter home is simply insane

When I saw the post that @Remington put up for 185 Shell, I had to blink twice to make sure that we hadn't been in the same house, but on different streets this weekend :-)
This was a tiny house with dark wood and dark countertops in the kitchen. Three bedrooms, two small. My husband and I were thinking that this was not enough of an upgrade from our apartment. Tiny houses squished close together. Costs something like 575K, ummmmmm, no.
Dear sellers and realtor, you have got too much furniture in this house to show and sell it. Small rooms feel claustrophobic with that much furniture in them. It was nice furniture, but waaaaay too much of it.
