How is Waco situated for when Civl War II in America starts in earnest? It's already started, just hasn't hit Waco yet, it's too conservative. All the crazies either go 100 miles south to Austin or 100 north to Dallas. We don't do a lot to accommodate the homeless so they seek succor or suckers somewhere else.
Looks good for perimeter defense with gatlings from the turrets.

It can be yours for $349K! I don't expect it to sell for that, though, as it's been on the market for months! It was a residence from 1969 until probably the early 2000's when that owner sold it I believe for about $125K. He owned the used car lot just across the fence at the back--the base of the tower serves as the office for the car lot. It's positioned between a pretty, tree-shaded upscale neighborhood and one of the busiest streets in town on the other block. It was open for tours for about a month back in 1968 before the next owner moved in--local businesses furnished different rooms with their furnishings and wares to make it more appealing and to capitalize on their names. None of the rooms are very large and the kitchen is in the basement. My mother's best friend's husband wanted to buy it back in the early 40's when they were looking for their second home, but his wife knew from one look that she'd never be able to entertain properly in it, so they bought a normal house. It served as the anchor for Waco's first suburb back in the 1920's, amazingly named Castle Heights. The Realtor sign is at the end:
