yeah they always tried to increase $50 for every year but when i called and said i have been looking around...they counter-offered so quick i don't know if i will ever move out of here into a house
But interest rates are at all time lows...
But you can't take that tax credit and you are still throwing away money in rent,and you are missing that equity tripling every 10 years. /sarcasm

my rent just went down another $50/month compared to last year. and compared to 7 years ago when i first moved into this apt it's $100/m lower.
