From looking at recent sales I am seeing HUD Homes that are Owner Occupant bid only(meaning investors are not allowed to purchase until specified time frame is completed). A large number are closing with cash purchases,not your typical owner occupant in the Phoenix area.Some are so bold as to have another address on tax records.Hmmm time to start turning these frauds in?
