At least the buyers won't have any cash sitting around during the robbery. Maybe the robbers will take pitting on the family after they see the debt they accumulated and leave some cash for them. Good chance the criminals used to be realtors from the bay area and are just trying to pay their own mortgage since that damn patrick.net IPO happened.
