scroll down and see similar condos selling for half as much. On of them Axis, has been highlighted on CNBC as poster child of the bubble with 70% vacancies. Too much inventory and no demand at all.
Current prices are still nearly 50-75 over priced vs the norm. Maybe worth mid 200K considering the high HOA fees.
This one is pretty impressive
