I am a sergeant of police, I am still employed with the New York City Police Department. I also have a masters degree in Human Resource Management and have studied employment law, and this topic I know very well about because I've studied it. I'm here, it's my First Amendment Right to be here with you all as an individual.

So, let me just fast-forward. I was denied my religious exemption. I later on was able to find a lawyer, after several attempts, and I found one during that gridlock of finding an attorney. I found one three days before I had to submit my appeal. And I submitted it.

After that, I got, like a week later, I was admitted in the hospital with chest pains, was put out from work for 2 and a half weeks. OK, I had to deal with lost friendships, lost partnerships. So you could just imagine the amount of stress for the past 10 to 12 months. Right?

It's basically illegal pain and suffering. OK? You've seen all the testimonies. It's all illegal pain and suffering.

So July, I won and I was approved. But thousands have been denied.

So one would assume— I'm a Roman Catholic, one would assume that, at a legal standpoint, at this point, at a legal standpoint, everyone else should be similarly situated. If I was approved, everyone else should be similarly situated. But that's not the case.

So I'm going to say something. You know. My lawyer did ask me. She goes, I have a question for you. Were you working inside, or were you out there working on the streets? I said, no, I actually work in New York City Transit. So it's a lot more hectic, more people to deal with on a constant basis. So she goes, oh, because I have—

People often ask me "why is it so difficult to bring about Covid accountability?" This is one of the main reasons why.

And now I've got a child who's, you know, I have a son who's allergic to penicillin. Penicillin is a high therapeutic index, most people are fine with it, but there are a small number of people who are allergic to penicillin. We, you know, every person is unique and we have to listen to their concerns, especially if they've had prior anaphylactic reactions, or reactions to other drugs. But yet, here in Australia, we've had people who've got injured from the first vaccine, and they had to take that vaccine because their employer mandated it, they've been injured, and then they've got sacked anyway because they didn't take the second vaccine. So they were forced into choosing between their own health and their own survival and keeping their job. And you know when you read this document, and you read the number of checks and balances that were missed, it, you know, it, it in my view has been a gross violation of human rights.

💉 The Washington Examiner ran a story Tuesday headlined, “New Emails Show COVID Vaccine Mandates Were Based on a Lie.”

I know, it’s a target-rich environment. WHICH lie?

According to the Examiner, newly-disclosed emails obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request, reveal former CDC Director Rochelle Walensky and former NIH Director Francis Collins discussing vaccine “breakthrough cases” in JANUARY 2021 — before the vaccines became widely available.

In one noteworthy email, Walensky told Collins that “clearly” breakthrough infections were an “important area of study.” She provided links to a study discussing the issue and assured Collins that she would keep Dr. Anthony Fauci fully briefed on the issue.

But that the opposite of what Walensky was saying in public. In public — a full two months after the Collins email — she told a national audience that vaccinated people “don’t carry the virus” and “don’t get sick.” And she’s sticking to that story. In a recent congressional hearing, Walensky doubled down, defending those 2021 statements by claiming they were “true at the time” — meaning she claims the vaccines DID prevent transmission for the early 2021 variants.

But the emails show that Walensky knows that’s a lie, and she knew it was a lie in 2021. There were already studies, AND known cases of breakthrough infections, even before the big vaccine push began.

Stanford professor and highly-credentialed scientist Dr. Jay Bhattacharya tweeted that the revelation was “stunning.” He noted that, despite knowing the vaccines did not stop transmission, “they continued to push vax mandates anyway.”

Mandates were always premised on the notion of stopping transmission. Mandates only make sense if the vaccines protect other people besides the person who took the vaccine. Otherwise, vaccines would merely be an individual’s choice, their own personal risk evaluation. If Walensky had admitted that vaccines didn’t stop transmission, there would have been no logical rationale for mandates.

Of course, in hindsight, the vaccines never made any sense, even if they DID stop transmission. In other words, if the vaccines worked, then anybody who was worried about catching covid could just get the jabs. So they still didn’t need a mandate.

Mandates are even MORE irrational, now we know for certain that Walensky, Fauci, and Collins KNEW the jabs didn’t flatten any curves at the time.

So, if they knew the jab juice didn’t stop transmission, what else motivated them to implement the mandates?

Regarding the vaccines, we quantified many instances in which a rapid rollout of a dose in the imposed vaccine schedule was synchronous with an otherwise unexpected peak in all-cause mortality, at times in the seasonal cycle and of magnitudes that have not previously been seen in the historic record of mortality.

In this way, we showed that the vaccination campaign in India caused the deaths of 3.7 million fragile residents. In Western countries, we quantified the average all-ages rate of death to be 1 death for every 2000 injections, to increase exponentially with age (doubling every additional 5 years of age), and to be as large as 1 death for every 100 injections for those 80 years and older. We estimated that the vaccines had killed 13 million worldwide.

Renowned researcher and physics expert Dr. Denis Rancourt, PhD estimates that the shots killed one in every 2000 people vaccinated for Covid.

Rancourt has been studying data from all around the world and found that 13 million people worldwide have died as a result of the jabs.

In India alone, the Covid shot campaign resulted in the deaths of 3.7 million of the country’s most fragile residents.

Western countries, meanwhile, have seen many more millions die, according to Dr. Rancourt.

The NCI is a citizen-led inquiry into Canada’s COVID-19 pandemic response.

A Twitter thread compiled by citizen researcher and journalist Ben M. features several video clips of Dr. Rancourt giving his testimony at the hearing.

Ben M. helps maintain relevant data through projects such as Mortality Watch.

During his testimony, Rancourt highlights data showing soaring excess death rates around the world.

He argues that Covid cannot be responsible for the spike in deaths as claimed by governments and health agencies.

“There’s a strong correlation to poverty, which is one of the pieces of evidence that allows you to say that this is not a virus,” Dr. Rancourt explains.

“No matter how you slice it, there’s absolutely no correlation with age, which is definitive proof that this cannot be Covid.”

Each death after taking COVID mRNA vaccine MUST be investigated as a homicide! if shot is linked to death, then charge all involved criminally! Students were threatened to take it, mandated in Canada, US etc.; no student should have been forced with suspension threats! those dying suddenly have one common thread in them, it is the 'vaccine' & they were forced to take it!

Each of these deaths should be forensically investigated as a homicide, and if it is determined that COVID-19 vaccines were a contributing factor in the deaths, all those University and College leaders who implemented COVID-19 vaccine mandates should be criminally prosecuted and sentenced to long prison terms.

No student should ever have been forced into taking experimental pharmaceutical interventions, while under threats of suspension from their program.

A bad man with a hoe
On twitter today, I watched some poor bastard sat on a rock have his fingers and thumb cut off by some guy standing over him with a hoe like implement.

A foreign language – asian maybe – I’m inferring he says put your hand out – chop; and again, chop. I’m pretty sure it was real.

It was so shocking I had to watch it a couple of times for my brain to catch up with what my heart was telling me; that I was witnessing something truly horrific.

It certainly made me examine my comfortable life and what I’d do in a similar position.

You can live without your fingers I suppose but personally I’m pretty sure I’d die trying to kill the motherfucker with the hoe.

This brutal tweet was removed pretty quickly presumably by twitter moderators.

But it made me think.

What type of human are you?

Fingerless?

Or dead?

I’ll wager most are fingerless.

And … some, very few, are the ones with the hoe …

Why can’t the unvaccinated move on?
In response to the tweet below (pictured above), I stated:

I don’t think any of us who survived the establishment onslaught are in a mood to move on.

That’s just how it is now.

And then Geoff (@MrMoosey1) asked me:

And I thought about this and actually, apart from the discrimination and the travel restrictions, I’m sure that there were people who suffered much more than me.

But, if you complied with the #covidvaccines you’ll never be able to understand how it felt for one of the #unvaccinated during that time, regardless of what anyone tells you..

And then, upon further reflection, I came up with another analogy for @MrMoosey1 that may have helped his understanding of what it entailed for me, and I replied.

in fact, I now assume strangers are men with hoes as per my tweet below (the one where the man had digits brutally amputated), and they’re still out there coming for my fingers …

I think that explains, at least to myself, why we unvaccinated are not able to move on.

Let us get this straight: The virus pests imposed harmful and destructive hygiene measures on the greater part of the developed world for years, which failed to do anything much about SARS-2, but apparently limited exposure to many common viruses like RSV. After population immunity to these old endemic viruses had substantially waned due to these wrongheaded policies, we reopened, leaving these heretofore mostly harmless pathogens to tear through the respiratory tracts of young children with new fury. The virus pests, having failed in the most spectacular way possible, now hope to turn the minor disaster they caused into an occasion for future restrictions and impositions in daily life.

Note also the insidious role of the vaccinators. As soon is there is a jab for any virus, the pressure to begin counting that virus begins, thereby making a problem where nobody ever noticed one before. It’s thinly veiled marketing for the vaccine producers, undertaken by the health authorities at public expense.

Vindication is cathartic.

The new director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Thursday that her agency would likely come out with guidance in the fall that Americans should get an annual COVID-19 booster shot.

"We’re just on the precipice of that, so I don’t want to get ahead of where our scientists are here and doing that evaluation work, but yes we anticipate that COVID will become similar to flu shots, where it is going to be you get your annual flu shot, and you get your annual COVID shot," Dr. Mandy Cohen told Spectrum News.

I am a former New York City school administrator and assistant principal for 17 years and an educator for 23 years in the City of New York before I was terminated. I'm also part of the Educators for Freedom. I went into work every single day so that I can advocate for my beautiful students and my parents and the community in Jamaica, Queens that I have been a part of for so many years.

It's egregious what they have done to us. And, more importantly, to the economy of New York City that I have been a member of for almost 56 years of my life, as I was born and bred in Queens, New York.

You want the best workers? You had the best workers. Educated, highly educated people. Personally, three diplomas and three certifications in education myself.

It's egregious that I had to sit there and listen to the woman in the green dress, the Circleback D-class woman, to lie in front of the council people there today. We were not on payroll as we waited and waited to be accepted by the city-wide panel and the determination of whether our religious exemptions was going to be accepted or not and our accommodations denied four times in a row. But it's OK. The worst part of it all for me—

BONNIE SKALA KILADITIS: Hi, my name is Bonnie Skala Kiladitis. I thank the Council for the opportunity to speak, especially my council rep, Vickie Paladino, who has been a tremendous support to me and to my family.

I was a New York City public school teacher for 28 years. I was hired in 1993. I was fired for misconduct on March 17th 2022 after multiple attempts of applying, of attempting to get a religious exemption for vaccination. They were all rejected.

I am a woman of faith, and I was fired for that faith.

I must add that I also had a religious exemption to vaccination in place for my children, for years, that was approved by the Department of Education. That stood until the law changed. I can't say anything now because he already left, but that was a law that Jeffrey Dinowitz strong-armed.*

Why did the DOE [Department of Education] believe me in 2017 and did not believe me now?

I have to also add that I have a disabled child who just returned to his special education program yesterday, after exclusion. He is now 18, the law that excluded him no longer applies to him. He is back in school getting his special education services, despite his vaccination status. I am missing picking Braden up from school today on his second day at District 75 to be here today.

I'm also missing the second day of school today as a pre-K teacher, which I was for the last seven years.

Believe me when I say that pre-K children have been harmed by the inability to properly staff classrooms. The substitute who took my job in October 2021 had no early child experience.

I should be in my classroom. I should be working. This mandate that took this from me, it also took away how I provide for my family and how I feed my children.

The pandemic is over. We are here mostly maskless. The governor just lifted the mandates for the mass transit. [Time warning sounds] I got twenty seconds. I want to work, I have worked every day in person last year. I worked in person, not remote, the year before. I want to return to my school.

I will never go against my faith. The city has tied my hands. It is my understanding that there are 4,000 vacancies [Time alarm sounds] in the Daily Vacancy List. Plus whoever got fired this week. I have seen that list on-line. It makes no sense to turn away experienced, dedicated teachers who want to work.

GALE A. BREWER: If you could wrap up, thank you.
