Up until now I had never heard of the CA great flood of 1862. Imagining large parts of the central valley under feet of water is crazy.

An event like that would be ruinous. Insurance companies would go bust. Pestilence, rot, and destruction would cover the valley, and the economic effects on the country would hurt, especially the resulting food shortage.

On a whim a few days ago I looked up the philosophy of Sikhism and read that the concept of the creator is benevolent. You don't seems to represent that - you only seem hateful.

Now there might be a lot of things to hate about Hinduism, but if you want to bring people to your side, you have to demonstrate why your side is superior, not that the "other side" is worse.

You have an interesting religious viewpoint, however, I do not think you're a good representative of it and I'm not saying this to attack you honestly. Not only can mistakes be made when interpreting the facts about the home/market, but some appraisers may also make mistakes and miss significant things, causing them to never be factored into the valuation. I mean, maybe the low appraiser saw that the foundation was cracked/eroding, and told the homeowners about it. So the owners covered up the cracks before getting the 2nd appraisal from a different company? There's so many possibilities, including the entire thing being planned for a "great story" just like we've seen with all these fake hate crimes, and fake climate change forest fires started by zealot wokers. I think richwicks research makes this seem likely.

IMO the purpose of this kinda propaganda is to erode your critical thinking on racial topics.
