Well, the HR head emailed me again on Tuesday asking me to reconsider disclosing my shot status. Then he ambushed me during my normal one-on-one with my boss and fired me. The only thing I said was "Expect to hear from my lawyer". They're offering me six weeks severance, but fat chance I won't check around first. Even if we never get to court, I'm betting I could get way more from a settlement offer than what's on the table right now.
And if anyone knows of a company hiring for QA automation testing(API, prefer Java or Javascript), let me know.

CA companies unfortunately, esp. bay area go full retard. I responded two recruiters that even if I were available I'd only work a non-jab-coercing job, they were both bay area, and crickets. Ironically as of lately every day a recruiter has been knocking on the door. I suspect some.serious talent drain and difficulty to hire for companies following these retard policies.

1. OHSA has not even issued any order yet, so your employer fired you without any government justification at all.

I then spent 6-8 hours perfecting a religious exemption letter using all sort of advice online. I submitted it on the deadline a week ago and haven’t heard a thing.
HOWEVER, I have a like-minded source in HR that, just this afternoon, swore me to secrecy and said they decided to exempt remote employees because of the pushback and number of exemptions submitted. They likely saw the volume and said shit, let’s cut this volume in half. I’m super happy and will continue supporting anyone to battle against this Nazi-level tyranny.

All the buildings where I work have a sign on the door that reads "Mask Must Be Worn Regardless of Vaccine Status." I never wear a mask, and nobody says anything, not even the owner. If anyone is worried, I will respect their concern and stay 6 feet away.

Spoke with a couple lawyers today, seems like the legal community also thinks I have a case. Hoping to confirm early next week.
Also spoke with a couple recruiters today. When they asked about Trove, and I told them, they all thought it was weird, nobody understood it. He was more bummed I was leaving than I was. It was a mutual choice, between me and upper management. A rare breed indeed for that industry. I never felt crowded by him.

Vaccines are used to prepare the body's immune system to fight infections that are in the body. Treatments are more along the lines classified as a way to help someone that is already been sick with a virus or infection.
