Very problematic. Would be hard to get 16 Republicans to flip considering he never said "break into the capitol building." Plus they have to get reelected themselves. They'd lose 10-20% of their base if they vote for a Trump impeachment. As usual with Dems it's all noise. They know Trump is leaving in 9 days. This really is an exercise in retardation and I'm sure it costs taxpayers money as well.

They cheated and won. But it cannot hide how broken the Dem party is to think impeaching POTUS with 9 days left will matter. Not a chance in hell Trump runs in 2024, in my opinion at least. With all his connections now, he's poised to make a fuck ton of money in the private world. The guy got 70M+ votes. Those are his customers now. We'll see where he goes after this.
