Is there any evidence that having THC in your bloodstream equates to Impaired Driving?
I would think that there are many different things people consume that impair their driving far more than THC. Not to mention, distractions like a pet in the car, looking at ones phone, eating while driving, and especially Driving While Tired, are far more dangerous and impair ones ability to drive much more so than THC.

We all understand DUI wrt alcohol consumption. It makes sense. You drink alcohol, you’re intoxicated, it impairs your ability to drive. Lock um up and throw away the key, for knowingly putting everyone you cross paths with in danger.

Until then, enjoy the magic carpet ride.
If you're an alcoholic and drive almost everyday (assuming you don't get a DUI), you build your tolerance and skill up driving in that state. It become the new "normal" and your responses and reaction times adjust to what others would consider normal driving.
