Notably (and positive) K-12 are exempt.

"Go fuck yourself" is the motto of any and all self respecting, and free, men and women.

Un-fucking-believable

I had to explain this to my 3yr old this afternoon as he’s expected to wear a mask tomorrow at his private pre-school.

I’m really steamed about this.
5   BayArea   2022 Jun 2, 7:51pm

“Students and staff at K-12 schools will not be required to wear masks under the order through the end of the 2021-2022 school year, according to the Alameda County Health Care Services Agency, but they will be required in all other settings for children including summer school and youth programs”

That K-12 exemption is shit as the school year ends tomorrow for most alameda county public schools. So this is a 1 day exemption

We live among communists, FUCK YOU

Kid just had this. Fever for three days (peaking at 102 deg in the middle). Didn't test positive until several days in, but then tested positive through the tenth day since onset of symptoms.
Berkeley Public Health department said that city cases peaked in mid May so will NOT follow Alameda county mask mandate.

From NYTimes:
The evidence suggests that broad mask mandates have not done much to reduce Covid caseloads over the past two years. Today, mask rules may do even less than in the past, given the contagiousness of current versions of the virus. And successful public health campaigns rarely involve a divisive fight over a measure unlikely to make a big difference.

Masks may actually have a significant negative effect:

The cause of this trend is explained herein using the “Foegen effect” theory; that is, deep re-inhalation of hypercondensed droplets or pure virions caught in facemasks as droplets can worsen prognosis and might be linked to long-term effects of COVID-19 infection.

Patrick, if no other reason than people using the same mask too long and grabbing the front of it a hundred times a day pulling it up and down, wiping their eyes, etc
10   Misc   2022 Jun 2, 10:32pm

So Alameda county is going to be the first in the country to supply bio-hazard disposal units for these contaminated masks?

I will take them seriously if they do. Until then ... not so much.

Maybe Ukraine shutting down fiat money laundering has had an effect. It doesn't seem that MoPox fraud has the same thrust and afterburners based on pure bribery and corruption going for it as Covid fraud, not to mention the lack of panic novelty. The arbitrary KommieKunt mandates seem almost pointless now as vehicles of struggle session and demoralization, which is their main purpose, has nothing to do with health of course.

I'll have to see at the gym. People really were tired of the shit last time, and the scoffmandates were ramping up with people just ignoring the crap. Are businesses really ready for another round of mask and mandate induced loss of function and profit?

Except for the few pathetic brainwashed and skittish, it does not seem that there is a majority interested in these deceptions any more.

They still require masks in La Paz Baja California Sur Mexico.

I’m not wearing one to go into a restaurant however; they don’t bother me about it either.

I was entering a large department store and a guy standing around outside said that I had to wear a mask.
Of course he was smoking at the time.

The mask I have is a filthy piece of crap, it’s stuffed in the map pocket of a Jeep that’s constantly full of dusty dirt.

When will this Twilight Zone episode end?

They're not going to stop unless stopped, sadly.

Only the brainwashed and mentaly ill are wearing masks at this point. I still see a few a day 90+% women.

That means that it's working!

He's going to the wrong private school.

I'd say that this new "pandemic" doesn't have the credibility of the last one. I think even the sheep are figuring out they were duped by "covid". There were so many things labelled "conspiracy theory" or "disinformation" that turned out to be correct, that the credibility of our establishment is pretty much gone. It did probably come from a lab, it was genetically engineered, it wasn't serious, the vaccines aren't safe and effective (especially not effective).

Part of the problem is the goofy name "Monkey-pox" - they should have done some market research with a focus group first. "Sars-coronavirus-2-19" had the sound of legitimacy because all the numbers and stuff, it's sciency. You know what doesn't sound "sciency" - "covid". The disease is actually "Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 - 2019". How the fuck "covid" was taken from that, I have no idea. There's not even a "D" in the entire name.

"Monkey-pox" is just, well, goofy sounding.

I work out in the tri-valley which is alameda county. Sandwich shop today didn't seem to care that I had no mask.
Lots of customers without mask - maybe people are finally just ignoring this overreach.

No masks for Gringos in Cozumel. Waiters and cleaners are all masked up, but not dive shop employees.

Anyone else in the Bay Area know folks with COVID? The recent cases I know of are youths in high school and college.

Plenty. All double or triple jabbed. Adults and kids, no unjabbed. The kids version is a mild cold at best, they keep playing outside during their peak covid. The multi jabbed adults range from just very tired only to quite sick, no hospital cases. Omicron is overall very mild which makes evolutionary sense
