Are tokyo sans starting to panic, since some governments (France) have decided to evacuate..

Do you think Tokyo real estate property values will sink?

Also, only a catastrophic event like this willl push down the US 10 year yield bond, keeping the mortgage rates low for now.

In january/february, the rates were going up, due to inflationary fears.
Then march came with Libya unrest, and last friday event.
