I've always been suspicious of the bean counters.. statistics in the housing industry... Who do you trust for data anymore?

That is the main reason that charts , statistics, and data should not be the only guideline for buying anything. Certainly as a time-frame reference but not as a guide to tell you when to buy. there are too many real-life variables - such as lying. At the end of the day, was someone actually suprised that statistics were enhanced to meet an end ?
