Can anyone who is familiar with the area give some comment on this property if it really worth the asking price? If not, what is considered a reasonable price. If it were 2001, how much it was sold for?

Median rent for 3br in that area is $1,797, so fair value is about 1797 * 12 / 0.06 = $359,400.

What's the asking price? I don't see it listed for sale. Not even sure it's 3br.

Looks like the owner has done some upgrades in the house. This might the reason they are asking higher. This house has 4 bedrooms as stated in the listing. Just wonder if Upland's price has dropped close to the average historical trend.

There is one similar house just toward north of the street with lower price asking price.
