This gets very close to the truth.
Attention is rare and valuable. The ability to capture attention gives power to place ideas in the mind of the public.
But their disparagement of memes is a reflection of poor reasoning. Memes are powerful exactly because they can make a rational point faster than any other method, by instantly bringing in familiar context to set the scene.
Perhaps the best meme ever, explicitly banned by the Bidet White House which instructed Facebook not to show it:
Maybe people have seen the movie, or maybe not, but they instantly get the point about the extreme danger of the mRNA jabs and the criminal level of government lies about that extreme danger: "I told you so."
That's what the meme is saying in the most effective way possible.
They give Trump credit.
