How come in the early 90s, when we had the smallest generation of 20-somethings in almost a century, there was no massive inflation from a shortage of GenX pizza delivery?

Taken from another thread. The knee jerk libs act like this was some act of conscience rebelling against Trump, removing high competence, when it was just disinfecting another grossly subversive appointment. If you hear the guy talk, he is barely ghetto removed.

Damn, that's my neck of the woods and I had no idea! I use USAA - got in by being a military brat. In San Antonio, even 10 years ago it was common knowledge that to get a job with them you needed connections because it was a good ol' boy system.
I think at one time, perhaps still, the building they have in SA was the largest building in the world. I college before like smartly dropped photography as a major I did an internship to make a calendar at the USAA building. To say I would get lost in the parking garage was an understatement.
I wonder what is meant by collapsing? Maybe it's time for me to move on.

USAA is run by retired generals and retired senior enlisted. I wonder who sold them out. Too bad, because I have been a USAA customer for decades.

I almost signed on as a contractor with USAA out of San Antonio in 2017 - it would have been a lucrative contractor gig as far as TX is concerned. I turned it down for a FT position elsewhere. Reading this, it was perhaps the right decision.

I suspect their loss ratios are taking a hit as well. They seem to be opening it up more and more to relatives of veterans. Could be the beginning of the dreaded death spiral in loss ratios.
The whistleblower has been with USAA for well over a decade and describes "the gradual downfall of the USAA military culture and erosion of FTE and customer support in lieu of ESG and DEI policy adherence." He provides several pictures of USAA's 2015 Christmas party and last year's Christmas party (I will not repost them to protect the individual's anonymity). In 2015, the majority of USAA employees were Americans; now, 70 percent or more of USAA's employees are foreign-born Indians.
He reports that during the COVID pandemic, USAA accelerated its implementation of ESG and DEI policies alongside a "quiet culling of senior veteran FTE employees." This resulted in at least three suicides among American employees, with one of them shooting himself in the head in the USAA parking lot after he was laid off. Attached is an internal email from USAA CEO Wayne Peacock from 2023 announcing one of the suicides. While USAA's veteran American employees are literally taking their own lives, "USAA has been quietly backfilling every layoff with an H-1B visa holder."
The Indian takeover of USAA has eroded its traditional emphasis on patriotism and the military. The whistleblower reports:
"USAA was proud to celebrate national and military holidays, now most holidays are barely mentioned in short emails, however Indian holidays are celebrated and advertised throughout the campuses, but you won't find any mention of St Patrick's Day, Easter or Columbus Day."
He provides an example from USAA's campus, attached below.
Despite the Trump administration reversing DEI and ESG policies, USAA continues to double down on both: "USAA management forces DEI down your throats and mandates you to attend DEI related meetings and support groups regardless if you want to attend or not..."
A list of DEI/ESG groups at USAA is provided. USAA also forced its employees to watch a speech by the transsexual Biden appointed to run the U.S. Space Force. He also provides numerous other internal emails where USAA is promoting or even sponsoring DEI and LGBT+ initiatives (such as last month's Pride in Dallas event).
