After seeing Kennedy Jr. doing bench presses with his shirt off I would totally do whatever he's doing, provided it could be had for less than say $100 per month. I'm guessing his regimen may cost a bit more though.

Super Male Vitality Ingredients The primary ingredients in Super Male Vitality are: Tribulus Terrestris Tongkat Ali Ashwagandha Root
Tribulus Terrestris Tribulus is a completely natural ingredient that almost every top notch testosterone supplement includes. There is a lot of evidence pointing to its effectiveness such as clinical studies with promising results and positive user reviews. The first thing to look for with ingredients is whether or not it is clinically studied. Once you determine it has been tested, then you check to see if users are reporting real results. This ingredient has had many instances of considerable results reported by users, which is of course a good thing.
Tongkat Ali This is another completely natural and safe ingredient that has produced positive results for a great number of people. It is believed to effect testosterone levels in such a way that may produce benefits particularly in the bedroom department. Increased libido is one of the many potential benefits of this potent herb. Tongkat Ali can also help regulate stress hormones.
Ashwagandha Root Ashwagandha is one of the most interesting ingredients out there. You’ll find it in testosterone supplements, anti-anxiety products, and a wide range of other categories. It’s a great herb to take even on its own. As a part of this formula, Ashwagandha can help by supporting mental clarity and has actually been shown to have potential for increasing test levels in itself. It is really a multi-function ingredient especially in the context of a T booster.

Not a gym rat. When I was a top notch athlete though I found high reps with low/mid weight worked best. So something like curls you do 20x3 with 20/30lbs lbs with dumbbells (40/60 total on a bar). Any exercise. Curls, sit-ups, triceps, etc.
Don't bench or squat heavy. This is opinion from experience. Heavy weight isn't good for you. Also most those guys you see with big arms are on supplements and/or roids and are one burst strong guys. They don't have the endurance because they lift heavy and take PED's.
Don't do Crossfit ever. It's not an if it's when you'll get injured.
Basic body weight exercises are good as well. Push ups, sit ups and other weird ones with light weights. Biggest trick is MOVE. Most everyone I'm guessing active on this forum has a desk job. Take an hour and walk 3 miles. If you have elevation even better.
Not saying it's easy, gotta work at it, but I'll never go to a gym again. You'll 95% of the time get bad advice or they'll sell you some bull shit on how to work out. Humans are not built to look like the Rock or John Cena. Even though he doped, Lance Armstrong would be the ideal male in my opinion. Doping he did was for endurance though. Not strength.
Steroid, LOL
