Exactly. No one “wants” to work for just enough $ that they can struggle with public transportation, tax credit housing and ramen every night.

If I were in charge I would make everyone broke again. Start over that will get people working start at .10¢ an hour.

I'm been frustrated for years with the specious argument that "criminal aliens are needed to fill the jobs that no one else wants", which ignores the pay for those jobs.

Deport the criminal aliens, and the pay will go up and the jobs will be filled by Americans.

It's really a fight of the 0.1% against the poorest Americans, maximizing profits by minimizing wages. Used to be only against the poorest anyway, but now the 0.1% is fucking over masses of more educated people too, with H1B and similar programs to hire foreigners at much less than American wages.

I try not to get bothered by the whole C/F. They need work permits. I live in farm country and the migrants are at least working some go south in winter season. Packing plants hires a lot of them they need workers in the building or they can't pack your food or pick your beer hops. I'm all for deporting the dumb asses that troubled themselves at traveling thousands of miles to get here when we don't owe them shit. Southwest Idaho
