Hell in IL it's county by county. I don't have to get an emissions tests in my county, but I'm literally 1.5 miles away from where everyone in the neighboring county has to get it done annually. It's bullshit: smog checks only required if vehicle is getting registered in CA. Why would Oregon firefighters try to register their trucks here?

Yesterday heard on kcbs about LA fires that there are pockets emerging in 18 states now for the fire risks because of global warming!
