This is a bad idea for many reasons.
They are not going to integrate well, especially not the Muslim ones.
And to be blunt, they are not genetically adapted to Russia. They are likely to get ill from Vitamin D deficiency, for example. This is why American blacks in NYC tended to die off from Wuhan Virus much more than other people.

Usual behavioral glitches: tendency toward kleptocracy, primitive ethics and violence, crime gangs, poor educability, low verbal and technical literacy, heedless timeliness, and zip for work ethic. What could possibly go wrong? All the stuff routinely blamed on intergenerational 'repression' seem to crop up, anyway, when there is nothing but support and open arms. The scenes in Stockholm and Britain look like the same ones that have been in USA for generations.

The first ten thousand workers from the black continent will arrive in Russia from Kenya, said the official representative of the country's State House, Hussein Mohamed.
Earlier in Russia they announced the construction of 30 “afro-villages” - settlements for emigrants from Africa. The pilot project should start in the Moscow and Tver regions. Subsequently, it will be expanded to other regions of Russia with the participation of the African International Congress and its partners, who will provide attractive conditions for settlers.
