I don't think you are missing anything. Your observation is consistent with normal real estate and crime data based on my own personal experience. I haven't read the article in depth and I'm not incline to.

In this clip the race baiting clown claims that black home appraisals are racially biased resulting in lower home values. This is his big example of institutionalized racism against blacks.

When i looked up the news articles about this phenomenon, we get a different story. Its not about specific black owned homes, the difference is in the neighborhood. The devil is in the details. A researcher can say two homes are equal, but location is everything for real estate and these racially biased "stats" are fake news, imho.
Am i missing something?
