This is a new program where companies you work for make contribution for health care related expenses, similar to an FSA. They just rolled it out late despite the funds being sent by the employers a while ago, and they charge a $3.15 monthly administration fee! You can't cash out but have to file reimbursement claims to get the money out, so it's a race against time before the fees deplete your account. Everyone who lives or recently lived in SF will likely have this mandated to their employers by the city, no matter where they are, until you move. Not sure if these are extra funds, but it would be much cheaper if the companies just sent you a check. Surely they are funding diversity and people shitting on the street with their monthly "administration fees". Unbelievable grifting lol
