Every race is racist against other kinds, everyone. In elementary (primaria in Mexico) there was a really dark kid in my class that we all called El Nigger (with a thick Mexican accent of course) and he didn't care.

These nut cases are everywhere but rarely happens. Compare to crimes committed by Muslims, everything is negligible.
