Nor will anyone ask Newsom why the pandemic was not over in a month in the areas with the highest vaccination rates, or get his thoughts on the fact that vaccinated individuals are easily contracting and spreading the disease.

Newsom, Garcetti criticized after being spotted not wearing face masks at LA Rams, 49ers game

This is interesting because it's the corporate-woke-oligarchy press that is calling him out, and they are not journalists at all. They just follow orders.

The rules that apply to us do not apply to him.

The elite think they can do ANYTHING to us and no Democrat will ever say a peep about it. And they're right.

It's very disappointing. Long ago, Democrats were opposed to rule by corporations. Now they are the very embodiment of it. The trick is just to yell RACISM over and over, and Democrats instantly become an army of corporate pawns.

Newsom: "Fuck you ALL! I survived a vaccine assassination attempt. I OWN the Dominion machines. I have THE BEST election fraud apparatus in the nation. You fools can't do shit to moi! Besides, Magic has AIDS and would have been offended if I wore a mask."

The good news is that the news media are exposing what Newsom is doing. Noted SF Gate, which is owned by the San Francisco Chronicle, “a race against popular independent Michael Shellenberger would be a harder contest to predict” than one between Newsom and a Republican, which Newsom would win. Even a prominent Republican state senator emphasized that point on Twitter last week.

Got COVID?
California Gov. Gavin Newsom has tested positive for Covid, his office announced on Saturday.
Newsom’s diagnosis comes a day after he met with New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern in San Francisco to sign a pledge to help fight climate change. Ardern tested positive for Covid in May.
Newsom said in a tweet that he is “exhibiting mild symptoms” and is isolating at least through Thursday and until he tests negative.
Newsom, 54, is vaccinated and has received two booster shots, the most recent on May 18, according to a statement.
“The governor has also received a prescription for Paxlovid, the antiviral that has been proven effective against COVID-19, and will begin his 5-day regimen immediately,” his office said.

Got Paxlovid?
Some doctors are reconsidering the pills for lower-risk patients after a U.S. public health agency warned that symptoms can recur after people complete a course of the drug, and that they should then isolate a second time.
But higher use has also come with more reports from people who say their symptoms eased with Paxlovid only to return a few days after finishing a five-day regimen of the pills.
...
On Tuesday, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, citing case reports and concerns that relapsed patients could spread the virus, issued its advisory that Paxlovid users should isolate for a second five days if symptoms rebound.
"I am shying away from giving it to people who are very low- risk, and are not terribly ill, particularly people who are vaccinated and boosted," said Dr. Bruce Farber, chief of public health and epidemiology for Northwell Health. He said he is still recommending Paxlovid for people who have significant health conditions or are over age 75.
...
He estimated the rate of Paxlovid-related COVID rebounds at around 10% - higher than the 3-4% rate cited by Pfizer in its trials of the drug.
