The reporter's Father reports thousands of death threats, and I believe him. The people doing this threatening are pretty much all Trump supporters.

His political enemies have been bombing 7 nations over the last 20 years. With Syria, Libya, and Iraq - the justifications were entirely based on lies. There's slavery in Libya because of this, there's starvation in Syria as a result.

In the mid 80s there was talk about forcing Syria to have an international negotiation to get all the parties together and end the Lebanese Civil War and thus Assad's puppeteering between the factions to maintain functional control over Lebanon (Syria jumped between and fought against just about every different side in the Civil War). It was to distract from that and point fingers to Libya.
It was only in the first years of Assad the Younger (Bashar), that Hezbollah was able to take over and resist Assassination attempts that befell other Faction leaders who were gaining popularity across the factions. Now Hezbollah wins every election no matter what, just like Assad does - even though it's clear from recent actions of he Kurds, Turkmen, and Sunni groups to rebellion/autonomy/stunning lack of cooperation with Damascus that earning 95% is of all Syria in re-election is a joke (See also the USA, sadly...)
