Do you have the following skills...HTML, PHP, RWD, CSS and jQuery?
I think you should be open about why you got fired. A new employer that demands the jab is not going to hire you anyway, and one that is more liberal (in the true sense of liberal) will understand and perhaps be even more likely to hire you.

This may seem desirable, but it's best to line up a new job and let them fire you, you could be able to an enormous amount of compensation. Look for a lawyer to bring a lawsuit, and document each step, record all emails and convos and keep the documentation. If you quit yourself you give up all rights to compensation unless you can prove you were coerced into quitting.

Ya, I do fullstack / web.
Can @Patrick put us in contact with each other? Would that be ok with you?
Yes, CA. I thought they could ask if an employee is rehirable? At least, 20yrs ago they could ask that. Not sure about now.

Can't ask shit anymore. Literally only two things are permissible: "did Hircus work for you at ABC capacity and what were the dates he started and finished his employment with you".

I also like the law about non-competes. Evidently non-competes are almost 100% unlawful.

Not even worth a company's time to pursue those who violate non-competes.

In California or any state?
they couldn't successfully sue you just for finding another job as a tech, programmer, analyst or mechanic; especially if they fired you.
It would be, but mostly because I would then conclude that their mass voter fraud machinery is not in functioning order anymore.

well, new polls favor Gavin Newsom - no good to CA

I think a lot of Democrats are slowly realizing that they have gradually been shifted to fighting for the profits of global corporations and against human rights.
They don't even quite know how it happened, because it took years.
But now it would be humiliating for them to admit that they were fooled and used.
If they do make it past that point, they will be very dedicated allies against the corporations and government officials who used them.
The link is broken.
The CDC Website Actually Says That The Government Can't Mandate the Covid-19 Vaccine 😬
Here’s a montage of Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Andrew Cuomo saying not so long ago that you shouldn’t trust the feds, the FDA, and the vaccine ...
It's amazing how fast that script flipped.
But now it's the most awesome thing ever and also you'll lose your job and friends if you don't get it, you insurgent, you!
