As some of you are aware, I had Covid back in December 2020 with onset of symptoms starting on the evening of the 12th. I got tested 24 hours after initial onset and the PCR test came back positive. Who knows if it was Covid or the flu or whatever, BUT I did lose my taste and smell which makes me believe it was Covid and I gave it to my wife and two teen kids and they all tested positive as well. I had the worse symptoms out of the 4 of us, even though they weren't terrible.

Just today, I started having diarrhea. I thought it was this new leafy greens drink that caused it, but I've now had a few bouts of it and I do feel somewhat fatigued, slight chills and slight headache. My family and I did just fly back from a family reunion, so I'm sure I could've easily been exposed to the virus. I immediately started taking my Quercetin, Zinc, Vit D/C/K, Bromelain, etc. cocktail with some fish oil, along with 18mg of Ivermectin (Ivecop) I bought from AllDayChemist (manufactured in India). I also bought a bunch of Adult Electrolyte drink from CVS that I'm sipping. The pharmaceutical-grade supplement cocktail is from this website:

I've been taking those supplements for about 4 months now as a preventative measure, but funny enough I took a break from it this last Friday night because I was getting slight dizzy spells for the last 2-3 weeks and wanted to see if it was the supplements, which I believe it was because the dizziness subsided upon stopping.

I'm debating whether to even get tested for Covid, so I'm very curious to see how things progress. If anyone has any other advice to give me, I'm all ears. I'll keep you all posted on how things go.

Where does one get NAC? I do not think it is available OTC.

It seems rather common, here's an online vitamin shop, vitacost.com. They have many brands.

Also, don't stop at NAC, there's also R-Lipoic Acid which not only helps insulin sensitivity but also recycles antioxidants like C, E, and Glutathione.

RE: availability of NAC.

Since at some point several decades ago NAC was synthesized, it falls under the purview of the FDA, unlike most nutriceuticals which are explicitly not regulated. At the height of the covid hysteria, the FDA put pressure on major sellers to disallow sales of "dangerous" NAC.

Massive IV doses of NAC are also used to treat acute acetaminophen poisoning (watch that Tylenol, kiddies).

I got covid second time Thursday tested positive on at home tests took two. Low fever, a bit of nasal drip, and sore throat just like cold. But this time by Monday back to normal and negative on test. It was about 50% less from last time and so far nobody else at home got it.

Been taking Quercetin about every other day.
