The most frequent question people pose to me is: What can I/we do to fight back against the nihilistic anti-American destruction of virtually all the country’s major institutions?

There is an answer.

The single best thing Americans can do to counter the left-wing attack on America—against its freedoms, its schools, its families, its children, its governmental institutions, its sports, its news and entertainment media, its medical establishment, the CIA, the FBI, the State Department, and the military—is to take their children out of America’s schools.

Other than in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math), the vast majority of America’s elementary schools, high schools, colleges, and universities teach your child or grandchild almost nothing important; prematurely sexualize them, thereby robbing them of their innocence; and harm them intellectually and morally. They rarely teach them, for example, art or music because they are too busy teaching them race-centered hatred of whites, of America, and of America’s values.

Sending your children to most American schools is playing Russian roulette with their values—but unlike the gun in Russian roulette, which has a bullet in only one of its six chambers, the schools’ guns hold four or five bullets.

In many elementary schools, your child is taught that gender is chosen and that there is no difference between boys and girls (in a growing number of schools, the teachers are told not to call their students “boys and girls”); they are taught about masturbation; and many children from first grade on attend “Drag Queen Story Hour,” wherein an obvious man wearing women’s clothing, garish makeup, and a wig entertains them.

Given that all this is well-known, why do any non-left—meaning, liberal or conservative—parents send their children to American schools?

One reason is they are in denial. Many parents don’t want to know what their children are being taught and the consequent damage done to them. They don’t really believe schools will ruin their children, let alone their children’s relationship with them.

These parents should speak to any of the millions—yes, millions—of Americans whose children have contempt for America, for free speech, and for their parents as a result of attending an American college or even high school. I meet such people at every speech I give, and I speak to them regularly on my radio show. Ask these parents, if they could redo their lives, whether they would keep their child in school.

A second reason is they feel they have no choice. If they remove their child from the local public or private school (most private schools are just as committed to anti-American indoctrination over education as public schools), what will they do with their child? They often can’t find a local school that doesn’t harm their child. They can’t necessarily even rely on Christian or Jewish schools. Most of them are as “woke” as most secular schools. And if they do find a school that teaches rather than poisons, they may not be able to afford the tuition.

The only other option, then, is to homeschool one’s child. The problem is that many parents assume this is essentially impossible. For one thing, they assume that one of the parents would have to leave his or her work, which would mean a serious reduction in the family’s income. In addition, homeschooling strikes most people as simply too daunting a task, even if they could afford to take it on.

Neither fear is entirely justified. It’s true that, at least at the outset, a working parent may have to cut back from full-time work, and it’s true that no matter what the family’s financial condition, there are challenges to taking one’s children out of school and homeschooling them.

But given the low intellectual state of most American schools, the damage they do to young children’s innocence, and the anti-American, anti-white, anti-Western indoctrination in most schools, if you are a parent of school-age children, what is your choice?

Other than a) finding a good school that b) you can afford, you have no other choice. You are fooling yourself if you think the odds are that after attending American schools from kindergarten through college (not to mention through graduate school), your child will turn out well-educated, intellectually alive, rational, kind, happy, well-adjusted, grateful to be American, and respectful of you and your values.

While there are some wonderful young Americans who recently attended American schools, and there are some lost souls who were homeschooled, American schools are largely producing the following:

Poorly educated students. Ask your college son or daughter to diagram a sentence; identify Joseph Stalin, “The Gulag Archipelago,” or the Soviet Union; name the branches of the American government; identify—or just spell—Beethoven; date the Civil War; identify the Holocaust; and name which sentence is correct—“He gave the book to my friend and me” or “He gave the book to my friend and I.”

Angry young people. Why wouldn’t they be? First, they graduate college with a huge load of debt, having received almost nothing useful for their money. Second, if they are anything other than a white heterosexual Christian male, they have been taught to regard themselves as victims of oppression. Third, their future is so bleak they may not even have one: They are threatened with extinction by climate change.

The single best thing Americans can do to fight the left-wing destruction of the country is to withdraw from the “educational” system that is actively and deliberately miseducating them by the tens of millions. If millions of American parents did so, the country would turn around as fast as you could say “teachers unions.” If they don’t, their children will continue being used as guinea pigs in the left’s sick and dystopian experiment.

The school choice moment is now
Republicans must make education a top issue in the midterms ...

Outspoken parents in New Jersey made headlines when they protested their school district removing holiday names from the school calendar. Voters in San Francisco — yes! — recalled school board members who thought renaming schools “with a connection to colonialism” was more important than educating kids. And the bravery of righteous parents in Loudoun County, Virginia, is the stuff of legend (a father there is suing the district for its “systemic and egregious moral corruption of children and its deliberate, and almost gleeful, violations of parental rights to control the upbringing of their children”). ...

If our country’s “next generation of leaders” believes a female teacher’s pronouns can be “they/them/their” (my grammarian soul is aching), that white people are “unfairly rich,” and all manner of lies regarding “diversity, equity and inclusion,” what hope do we have?

Education is the basis of culture and society. It is the springboard by which individuals and nations alike either soar to success or belly-flop into failure. If we are so consumed fighting over woke matters that don’t have any place in our education system, how can we expect to teach children what they actually need to know? Reading, writing, arithmetic, history, civics, and geography are brushed aside as youngsters are trained to be “culturally responsive” (what does that even mean?!) radicals who look for division everywhere. ..

Parents are angry. Grandparents are upset. People who don’t have kids but who care about our country are disturbed. Education choice is the answer. Empowering parents to have a say in what their children learn is a winning platform for the GOP all the way around. Glenn Youngkin, remember, won the gubernatorial election in Virginia “by tapping into culture war fights over school curricula, emphasizing parental rights to make decisions about their children’s education with the slogan, ‘parents matter,’” per the AP.

Shortly after his victory, Youngkin said:

The polls kept telling us that education was the seventh or eighth or ninth most important issue. Let me tell you, it is the top issue right now, and Republicans across the country can own this topic.

It’s high time the GOP took a cue from public school parents and Glenn Youngkin and made education freedom a priority.

Oklahoma's education secretary proposes revoking teaching licenses of woke teachers who inject "sick material" into lessons

"It's absurd. So the position of a national teachers' union is we want to put pornography in front of young kids, because if we don't put pornography in front of first- and second-graders, that's censorship. That's outrageous," Walters said. "This is what [the left] always do. They try to make conservatives back away from it from a commonsense position. Here's the reality: we need age appropriate material for our kids."

Walters took notice of books such as Gender Queer and Flamer, which were found in a Tulsa Public Schools library. These books, which contain explicit imagery, have appeared in public schools around the country.

Sacramento teacher aligned with antifa received 3 years of pay to resign

After facing a nationwide backlash, the Natomas Unified School District paid a teacher three years’ salary to resign after he was secretly recorded professing his allegiance to antifa and saying it was his goal to turn his students into “revolutionaries,” records show. In exchange for leaving his post at Inderkum High School and not fighting his prospective firing, officials in January agreed to pay Gabriel Gipe $190,000, according to settlement records the district provided in response to a California Public Records Act request from The Sacramento Bee. The payout was taxed, and the final checks the district cut totaled about $100,000. Gipe’s annual base salary was roughly $60,000.

Firing him was good, but why the massive bonus? He should get nothing. In a just world, he'd be in prison.

The Clinical Steps To Grooming Kids Match Exactly How They’re Being Taught In Schools

The steps predators take to groom children for sexual abuse bear a remarkable resemblance to some modern lesson plans in American elementary schools, according to descriptions clinical experts provided to the Daily Caller.

Proponents of introducing Critical Gender Theory curricula and graphic sexual education to young children in schools have rejected the “groomer” pejorative critics recently began lobbing at them. Still, the grooming methods that experts outlined for the Caller bear a striking resemblance to some of the newer sexual education lessons the fringe political left is pushing into classrooms.

The most common tactics groomers employ are cultivating a positive reputation within a community, introducing sexualized topics or imagery to kids, isolating them from their parents, and encouraging them to keep secrets, experts told the Daily Caller. Each of these red flags have manifested themselves in classroom policies or public programs for children across America in recent years.

A Wisconsin school board has banned Black Lives Matter and pride flags and other “woke” messaging from being displayed in classrooms.

On Tuesday, the Kettle Moraine School Board in Wales, Wisconsin, also voted that the inclusion of preferred gender pronouns is prohibited in school-related emails.

Both the school board and the superintendent refused to go woke and voted to ban the display of political and religious propaganda in classrooms.

The board voted unanimously to uphold a policy that prevents employees from displaying partisan political materials.

The material includes pride and BLM flags and t-shirts and other religious messages for monetary or non-monetary gain.

“We live in a world where politics are highlighted, and it puts people in uncomfortable positions,” superintendent Stephen Plum said earlier this month.

“I feel the staff can fully support students.

“I feel that every staff member, custodian, and teacher ought to know that it’s really in the best interest of the students to look out for them and to have strong, healthy relationships that develop therefrom.”

Despite boisterous opposition from the public at Tuesday’s meeting, the school board came to the same conclusion.

Christine Donahoe, an attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union of Wisconsin, claimed the move is an “attack” against “LGBT communities” and “students of color.”

Bullshit, Christine. Those flags are attacks on children.

There’s much more to life than school. And college is anything but a life requirement. For most students, college is not just morally and intellectually degrading, it’s a bad investment. You can go on to trade school, apprentice yourself to a craftsman, become an entrepreneur, or commit yourself to any of a hundred other things such as working as an actor, a delivery driver, a florist, a personal trainer, a salesman, a chef, or a real estate agent. With a trade, and without college debt, you can get on with your life. Young, skilled workers can be truly free, financially and intellectually, in a way that indebted and indoctrinated former college students aren’t.

Told ya a month ago this was going to pass in Arizona.

Not only that, but the citizens of Arizona put another stake through the heart of Liberal indoctrination. Used to be that to be a teacher you needed to be credentialized. That means going through a liberal indoctrination program that is only given through a super liberal college curriculum. After the education major gets fully indoctrinated in equity performance, LGBTQ+P, and critical race theory; only then can they teach K-12. Then for a higher pay rate they had to sign up for more liberal indoctrination by getting their Master's degree in teaching. We put an end to the need for a degree in teaching to teach K-12 (veterans are welcome to teach).

There was already a huge movement by parents to pull their kids from public education in the State, but when the public educators closed the schools to in-person learning while the private schools kept teaching in-class; that ended it.

There will be many neighborhood schools springing up along with the already large number of Charter Schools, and parents can now choose what kind of education their kids get with their taxpayer funded education dollars.

Right.

DeSantis in Florida announced he was signing the Police/Vets to Teachers bill, and the screaming from the Unions/Educators was all about how they MUST be credentialled.

On the local radio, caller after caller came on to say the purpose of credentialization was indoctrination. It's a mainstream idea now, once it was considered a very radical viewpoint.

Good News: Parents Are Dropping Kids Out of Public School
After two years of lockdowns, masking, and related wrongs, many parents are awakening to the prospect of school choice.

PRINT

LISTEN
It’s that time of year again.

As families return from vacations, they start thinking about sending their kids back to school (if they’re not back already). But in the post-pandemic era, there’s an increasing likelihood that some parents aren’t sending their children back to the same school. In particular, data suggest that many parents have had enough with public school education altogether.

“In the past two years, a mass exodus of over 1.2 million students has left the public school system as parents seek alternative education routes, such as public charter schools, private schools, and homeschooling,” writes Marjorie Jackson at The Daily Signal. Jackson adds that some parents “believed the school’s handling of the pandemic was unsatisfactory, due to lockdowns, which inconvenienced many families, as well as masking and vaccination policies. Others were unhappy after taking a closer look at their local public school curriculum and wanted more say in what their children were learning.”

Many parents who wanted their kids to learn how to read and write, not learn about critical race theory or gender theory, were targeted not only by the media and their school districts but by Attorney General Merrick Garland. In 2021, the National School Boards Association asked Garland to investigate parents who had the audacity to speak out at school board meetings (the NSBA later disavowed the letter).

Why homeschool? Why support people that you know who homeschool?
Let’s start with some homeschooling statistics
Homeschoolers made up 6.73% of all school-age children (K-12) in the U.S as of 2020/2021.

There were 3.7 million homeschool students in the U.S at the end of 2020 and estimates show that the last two years homeschooling has increased at least 10% per year. That means an estimate of 5.5 million children are being homeschooled for the 2022/2023 is probably fairly accurate. However, the hard data has not been updated since 2018.

A study led by Michael Cogan by the University of St. Thomas revealed that the homeschool graduation statistics are 10% higher than that of students from public schools.

Homeschooled children score 15-30% higher than students in public schools in the standardized academic achievement exams. This is based on reports from The National Home Education Research Institute in 2015.

The National Home Education Research Institute report shows that, irrespective of the parent’s educational level and financial level, homeschoolers can score well.

The top reason for homeschooling is a concern about school environment.

Homeschool students outperform institutional school students academically.

48% of homeschooling households have three or more children.

The average cost of homeschooling is $700-$1,800 per student annually.

Homeschooling saves about $56 billion of taxpayer money annually (probably more now). ...

Is the corruption of the NEA as bad as the WSJ articles implied?

Having done the research, looked up the receipts, I have to conclude that the answer is yes. What the National Education Association is doing is even worse than the WSJ article lays out. As much as I would like to comment on each of these motions, which affect almost all of our children in public schools - I am just going to cut and paste text from their website. Please also go to their website and read their annual meeting minutes.

The items below have been voted on, passed/approved, and will be implemented by NEA teachers throughout schools in the USA. Remember, the National Educational Association is the largest teacher’s union in the nation. ...

HUNDREDS of Muslim Parents Shut Down Dearborn, Michigan School Board Meeting Over Democrat-Endorsed Child Porn Books
By Jim Hoft
Published October 11, 2022 at 6:22pm

For well over a year now American parents have discovered that while they were sending their children to school and trusting them with local school boards and administrators, these same people were pushing porn books in the school libraries.

Many parents around the country were shocked last year when they became aware of the illegal porn books their local schools are pushing on kids in the student libraries.

This phenomenon is taking place across the country.

One book that was found in several libraries is titled, Gender Queer: A Memoir by Maia Kobabe.

The book is a graphic novel with drawings that explains in lurid detail the sexual interactions between two young men, has been inserted into high school libraries across America, despite it violating guidelines against pornography or sexually explicit materials being provided to minors and paid for with our tax dollars.

Gender Queer includes countless images of male-on-male sexual encounters, accompanied by words that one would expect to find inside literary works at adult porn shops or gay sex clubs and bathhouses. Even so, this book was purchased and pushed by school officials around the country, despite it clearly violating county guidelines. ...

Following this news, Merrick Garland sent out the FBI to harass American parents for making a stand against this filth in our schools.

The Biden regime obviously supported this filth. How wicked!

Parents across the country protested against this decision to place porn in our schools. This week Muslim parents shut down a school board meeting over the porn books in their child’s schools.

I'm not a fan of Islam, but Muslim parents are absolutely right to protest their children being taught perversion in school.
