Yep, not fixable and we know the recidivism rate is 99%. The only reason it's not 100% is that some get out of prison at 80 and can't chase kids down anymore.

This is actually a pretty common MO, going after kids early in the morning, although the professional ones use another kid to lure them. Do you know of a single person who has been prosecuted in connection to Epstein? Do you know how many were convicted during the Franklin Scandal? They're brazen because they're protected.
This is one of the saddest stories of the stupidity of authorities and parole systems I've heard in a long time. This piece of human garbage was already rotten to the core at the age of 15 when he was responsible for two murders. To avoid a certain death penalty, he was allowed to plead and given 25 years. The foolish woman who advocated twice for his early release and was finally successful, proved the ultimate victim of no good dead being unpunished when he killed her after she dismissed him after he stole $10,000. The beautiful, 100 year old mansion she restored was ultimately demolished as well:
