“Nobody was coming,” she said. “And I mean no one.”

In Barber County, Kansas, which has turned down vaccine doses from the state for two of the past four weeks, Danielle Farr said she has no plans to be vaccinated. The 32-year-old said she got COVID-19 last year, along with her 5- and 12-year-old sons and her husband.

Blood tests detected antibodies for the virus in all four of them, so she figures they’re already protected.

“I believe in vaccines that have eradicated terrible diseases for the past 60, 70 years. I totally and fully believe in that,” said Farr, who works at an accounting firm. “Now a vaccine that was rushed in six, seven months, I’m just going to be a little bit more cautious about what I choose to put into my body.”

The Oregon Health Authority said it was notified of the potential adverse event on April 2020, two days after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) was notified.

The woman, in her 50s, developed a serious blood clot within two weeks following vaccination along with low blood platelet levels and eventually perished.

The woman got a dose of Johnson & Johnson’s jab before its use was halted virtually nationwide because of at least seven documented cases where women developed the same type of rare clot after getting the vaccine. One of those women also died.

Once again many died of their comorbidities and not covid, flu, pneumonia etc. so that the sanitized number is maybe around 125k which is a bad flu season. And yes they should be downplayed for that reason and because everyone has a clear choice of not going out and getting deliveries which will cut their chance of death from covid to zero. Instead we forced the youngest to lose 2 school years, cause depression an suicide and massive job losses on adults and esp. young adults. Sorry to hear that. We know of at least one or two similar cases within acquaintances, and plenty of friends and acquaintances with serious side effects that luckily though eventually reversed after a few days to two weeks.

I generally agree with your comments, but it's not highly contagious. I'm selectively quoting this snippet just because the narrative is that it is highly contagious. And I'm pretty sure you'll agree with what I'm about to say.

It's not. Of the few that get tested here in IL, the positivity rate currently I believe is just under 4%. That means 4 in 100 come out positive (I know everyone knows this, sometimes helps to show numbers instead of percentage). Let's say my core group of friends is 20 people. Hang out at least once a month. 4 of those people have gotten a test in the last year. This is closely my real world, could be off by a test or two.

So out of those 20 people, there's a 4% chance one of my friends would test positive for covid. Not even one whole person just being positive. The solution? Shut down the planet. There's almost no chance they'd even test positive. AND the other layer is of those 3 close friends that have gotten it, they didn't even notice. Nothing. They just tested positive, which could have been a false positive. Who the fuck knows?

I'm just sick of the narrative from covid believers (not you OV) that this is deadly. The data is there. Lying by the government and media is obvious as shit but people soak this fucking shit up. It's nauseating at this point. Scary how dumb people are that basic math escapes them. I don't think you're understanding what I'm saying. The vast majority of people don't get tested. So you take say a 40% sample group of the total population and 4% of them test positive. And from that 4% "maybe" 1% die based on the demographics. That's a massively low risk. I'm not saying you cannot die from it. Almost everyone on the planet to a 0.05% won't die from covid.

If we're talking dying "with" covid, then that's the general numbers most people cite. In most those cases they didn't die because of covid.

There are approximately 30 million such Americans and they should have dropped like flies -- they did not.

Never mind that most of the people with COPD and Emphysema are older and generally quite-morbid, so CMS (Medicare) has extensive data on every single one of them and their medical charts; is it really very hard to run a few SQL queries? I don't think anyone should take it, but also not my place to stop them. The couple we'll travel with and I just played golf with the husband yesterday are not themselves. It's visible and obvious. They say they feel fine. In my head all I say is you don't look fine. First round of the year for him, but he played awful. 20-30 stroke difference.

They're going to Hawaii in early June. Even vaccinated they still have to get tested to get on the island. AND I guess to island hop easier, they need to get tested there (didn't fact check this). I'll continue to choose to take tests versus vaccination. I won't even take century old pain relievers, because we know they destroy your liver. I'm not taking 4-5 month old injections that I really don't know the end goal of what it does. Covid won't kill me. If it does, oh well.
