Usually Occam's razor would say why go through such great efforts to keep this a secret, so I think it may be her, however, the fact that they are doing a segment about this long forgotten (except on patnet) story with someone that looks vastly different says there is a chance they just want to gaslight everyone right in their faces. Money can pay off many people, esp. if they branch covidians in the first place.
