Asymmetric spinnaker on a top down furler. Just installed this year. Still working out the bugs. It's good for downwind and reaching.

I spent some years there as a kid and got my undergrad CS degree from Sac State. I got certified to sail the windsurfers and 15 foot sloops on Lake Natomas
Capsized a keel boat as well on Lake Folsom, but not my fault as the buckle jammed when I was letting out sail.

I heard that island is privately owned and being bought and sold every decade or so for several million $$. For the life of me I can't understand who'd want buy such a useless piece of land in the middle of the bay next to a bridge (noise!) and refineries.
