I think that she actually thought Hillary was going to win so she could step down then and have Hillary have a shining moment appointing a Supreme Court Justice. Dems misplayed their hand badly on this one. The reality is, if we get another no activist judge, we have solidified the protection of the constitution as best we can over our lifetimes.
