AP reporting was horrible. They described it as a "rampage". Realllyy?! The kid had amazing composure in a very difficult situation. After he fell, there is a guy a yard away from him (red shirt with white T-shirt on head) who starts to come at him. The kid does NOT shoot. The red shirt guy then thinks better of it (as he has a semi-automatic rifle pointed at him), turns around and high tails it out of there. Next comes the curb stomper. Kid positions straight leg and gun to deflect the guy and the guy limps away. The skateboarder really should have jumped on the kid if he wanted to wrestle the gun away from him instead of grabbing the barrel and sealing his fate. As noted, the "armed" paramedic was spared until he turned his gun on the kid.
