Part of the admissions process is an in person interview with an alumni interviewer in your area. I know because I did one during my application process. Seems like claiming the wrong race might be exposed at this point (unless you go full blackface in a believable way).

Yes i was admitted, but waitlisted for the following year. I was in a hurry so I went with my second choice.

Just get rid of race altogether. Who gives a shit? I've never cared about the color of anyone's skin. If you're cool, great. If you're an asshoe, then not great. But if you want preferential treatment because of something 100% out of your control, you tend to fall into the asshoe group. Don't be an asshoe. This truly is getting ridiculous.

So I asked my wife if the Biden organization engaged in racism (and sexism) by it's stated goal of targeting only women, and colored women, to be VP. She dodged and said that after the Floyd incident, he had to do it to get the black vote. But I pressed her on whether this was racism, reminding her of the recent Yale Justice deparment finding. She looked pained, and said well technically yes, I suppose, but no, because this wasn't done out of hatred for white people.

So then I asked her what she would think if back in the '50's, folks thought that for the best of the country, that only a white Christian man should be considered suitable for public office. Not that blacks were hated, just that white Christian men could do the best job for the country, would that be racism? Her head just about exploded.

Colleges actually interview applicants in person????? Seriously if you know that's going to happen, you have one of your black friends do the interview for you. It's not like they will be checking ID's. If done virtually, this would be even easier to game.
