Identify as black for the purposes of college admission. If I were to attempt to enroll in college today, and thought that I needed it, I would do it. Worth doing it as a test to see if I could get away with it, since I do have an obviously Eastern European last name.

Part of the admissions process is an in person interview with an alumni interviewer in your area. I know because I did one during my application process. Seems like claiming the wrong race might be exposed at this point

Get a mailboxes etc address in Mexico and declare yourself Hispanic. If you're going to go all the way to Mexico for a mailbox, you might as well declare yourself an illegal alien, too.

Just get rid of race altogether. Who gives a shit? I've never cared about the color of anyone's skin. If you're cool, great. If you're an asshoe, then not great. But if you want preferential treatment because of something 100% out of your control, you tend to fall into the asshoe group. Don't be an asshoe. This truly is getting ridiculous.
Yale illegally discriminated against Asian and white students, DOJ said Thursday
Two-year investigation found it rejected 'scores of Asian American and white applicants each year based on their race'
Prosecutors said they had 'only one-tenth to one-fourth of the likelihood of admission as African American applicants' with equal credentials
Investigation stemmed from 2016 complaint against Yale, Brown and Dartmouth
The university responded to the findings on Thursday, saying it will not change its admissions process based on 'a meritless, hasty accusation'
