It doesn't - you can only feel so much pain, then your pain centers overload. As parts of my body healed, the pain from these parts faded, to be replaced by the pain from other parts that had not healed. This went on for months. The freakiest was when I would feel pain from a non-injured part of my body - it turns out that internal organs have very few pain receptors, and if the organs are badly injured, this creates a wash of chemical signals that are picked up by the nearest pain receptors, even if they are on the other side of your body.

I gained a new understanding of why in the mirror Trek universe, the agonizer and agony booths were so highly regarded as instruments of torture - they never let the pain centers overload.

A woman has been arrested in Florida for violently attacking a 72-year-old man in the street because he supports President Donald Trump.

33-year-old Laura Garrett was arrested by the Largo Police Department on Tuesday.

The department released Garrett’s mugshot, showing a woman with blue hair wearing an orange jumpsuit.

She is accused of attacking the man, whom she did not know, at Northeast Park and Paw Place, located at 4630 East Bay Drive in Largo.

Garrett reportedly confronted the unidentified victim because he was wearing a “Make America Great Again” (MAGA) hat.

According to an arrest affidavit obtained by FOX 13 Tampa Bay, Garrett then proceeded to demand that the man explain why he supports Trump.

When the victim refused to explain himself, Garrett allegedly physically assaulted him.

During the confrontation, Garrett poured a drink from a can she was holding on the victim’s head and hit him on the back of his head and shoulder area with it, the arrest report said. ...

According to Pinellas County Jail records, Garrett then exploded in a fit of rage and proceeded to attack police officers.

Police said she allegedly fought with them while they were attempting to arrest her.

The arrest report states that Garrett intentionally dropped to the ground when officers put her in handcuffs.

When an officer tried to escort her to the front of the park, she wrapped both of her legs around him and caused him to fall and injure himself.

The study was provoked by researchers’ concerns over widespread left-wing celebrations of two recent stories: the firebombing of several Tesla dealerships to protest CEO Elon Musk’s relationship with President Trump, and the political assassination of insurance executive Brian Thompson by Luigi Mangione...

In other words, the leftwing internet was already celebrating political violence and encouraging escalation months before Charlie Kirk was killed. In the composite below, note how female user jadepheonix encourages young men that, by assassinating Elon Musk, “you would become a god.” ...

So what exactly are we looking at? Just how bad is this violent leftwing trend that has infected 56% of people who call themselves “left of center?” What do they hope to achieve?
