He's still in the coma and his Sister just regained full power.
I don't think that Fat pudgy looking guy was the Real Kim Jong Un, who ever he was. Recently made a remark how he was going to move to another region and share power with his Sister. Now this, he's back in a full Coma.
I've mentioned here several times, that I believed the initial report that Kim Jong Un was dead when Trump slipped and eulogized him the past tense when wishing him well, where ever he is.

Maybe it's not always indicated to make every professional you run across believe that dealing with you will eventually lead to being vaporized by aircraft gun fire with your family. It's the ultimate fucked up situation to suddenly be placed in for a doctor. So nervous for his own safety, he can't act objectively or make decisions properly.
Of course, a much lower key form of terrorism exists in this country with the all-fault legal system. Thousands of decisions made right with good outcomes, but still ruined by one bad outcome (which, is statistically inevitable).

The last time before this time, when Jong Un reserfaced he had a limp. Fatter boy did not have a limp. It was a terrible likeness of Jong Un, and I don't think people were buying it. So that's why Sister is just going to grab control.

Amid conflicting reports about Kim's health, Japanese weekly magazine Shukan Gendai reported on Friday (April 24) that a Chinese medical team member on the mission to North Korea briefly explained the situation to its senior writer, Kondm Daisuke.
The medical expert said during a visit to the countryside earlier this month, Kim clutched his chest and fell to the ground. A doctor accompanying Kim immediately carried out CPR and took him to a nearby hospital for emergency care.
The doctor also requested a medical team from Beijing for assistance. At the hospital, prior to the arrival of the Chinese medical team, the North Korean doctor performed cardiac surgery but there were complications due to the hereditary dictator's obesity and the doctor's anxiety. -Taiwan News
A variation of the rumor was repeated by a Beijing television executive whose uncle is a Chinese foreign minister - telling her 15 million followers on Weibo that Kim Jong Un is dead based on a "very solid source."
Hong Kong news outlets, meanwhile, begun reporting rumors of Kim's death.
