More panic.... People are simple idiots. I've always known it, but jesus this is obscene at this point.

On LBC (UK Radio) they were saying RyanAir and Virgin were cancelling flights because the planes were less than half empty and they wanted to consolidate.

Ugh. This is all just bull shit. Right when I'm about to travel. It pisses me off because I just think the media is being lazy and has to report on something to get revenue.

I just went to a 900 person event on Saturday and not a fucking person in the room brought up Corona (no I didn't talk to them all...). Anyone that can do 5 flights of stairs without gasping for air is likely totally fine.

I was just on Lufthansa and all was quite normal. Train stations and airports in Germany quite full.

Not sure if the sudden hair growth is related, but I find myself unusually captivated by the evening moon.

The whole A380 thing was a giant mistake from the get-go. No surprise they are the first to be grounded.

Why? One of the most pleasant planes to fly, the quietest and most comfortable plane ride out there IMO.

They are geared for the old hub-spoke model whereas the industry is shifting to more nimble and more direct routing. For which they are too big. The plane itself is fine although embarking-disembarking is not very pleasant due, again, to a shear number of people it can carry.

BTW, Boeing is winding down the 747 for the same reason.

Due to the Liberals trying to take out Trump with the Common Fucking Cold.
Airlines have stopped flying to many international destinations, so now they are using the wide body fleet domestically.
I can't wait until people realize just how bad the airline has been fucking with them, with the lawn chairs, that puts your nose up everyone around you moist and smelly parts.
Also I expect more grounding of narrow jets. They just can't last 40 years like the Jumbo jets did.
