You defense is ofc, "I didn't know anything about it." If you tell the judge "yeah I knew he was gonna steal, that's why we came here but I didnt take any part in it" ... judge may give lesser sentence but you are still found guilty.

If she knew these boys were raping innocent women, yet she actually took part in normalizing the scene so that the young women drank and drugged themselves, she is in fact an accomplice. Legit think she could be sued for civil damages at the least.

Actually many parts of the modern Catholic Church have adopted leftist politics and so the classification is not wrong. There are other parts that still hold to their core beliefs and tenets but they may be losing the battle unless they find a way back to their roots. They have been losing members as well because of that.

Avanetti was the front for Katz. Swetnick strangely omitted NY Life Insurance as a former employer on her resume, which the Guardian reported that she worked for (but nothing else) this morning before mysteriously pulling the reference without comment shortly after.

A Miami-Dade County court docket shows a petition for injunction against Swetnick was filed March 1, 2001, by her former boyfriend, Richard Vinneccy, who told POLITICO Wednesday the two had dated for four years before they broke up.

Thirteen days later, the case was dismissed, not long after an affidavit of non-ability to advance fees was filed.

According to Vinneccy, Swetnick threatened him after they broke up and even after he got married to his current wife and had a child.

“Right after I broke up with her, she was threatening my family, threatening my wife and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time,” Vinneccy said in a telephone interview with POLITICO. "I know a lot about her.”
