Two Brazilian drivers, one Moroccan. The Brazilians were young men late ‘20's, early 30's. One was an ex-cop, shot twice on the job, one drug cartel attempted assasination. The other an architect with a Masters degree, left Brazil in the 2008 meltdown, rebuilding his career here, getting credentialled in the US. The Moroccan fellow mid-40's, worked as a building maintenance supervisor, did Uber and probably one more job. The Morrocan fellow backed Trump's immigration policy agreeing that you really had to vet folks from Morroco as there were bad folks there. Complained about countrymen who came to the US were living off the government's tit, free housing, working under the table, driving Mercedes and milking the system.
All of these folks said they love the USA, won't go back, and were grateful for the ability to earn and keep an income, not be afraid of government goons shaking you down, thankful for the freedom and law and order. The ex-cop appreciated the respect that cops got. He said folks would thank him for his service in the USA, even though he was a cop in Brazil, where police are not respected much.
