UPDATE, RELEASED! All hell is breaking loose in Washington D.C. after a four-page memo detailing extensive FISA court abuse was made available to the entire House of Representatives Thursday. The contents of the memo are so explosive, says Journalist Sara Carter, that it could lead to the removal of senior officials in the FBI and the Department of Justice and the end of Robert Mueller's special counsel investigation.

Lawmakers who have seen the memo are calling for its immediate release, while the phrases "explosive," "shocking," "troubling," and "alarming" have all been used in all sincerity. One congressman even likened the report's details to KGB activity in Russia. “It is so alarming the American people have to see this,” Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan told Fox News.

“It's troubling. It is shocking,” North Carolina Rep. Mark Meadows said. “Part of me wishes that I didn't read it because I don’t want to believe that those kinds of things could be happening in this country that I call home and love so much.”

“I believe the consequence of its release will be major changes in people currently working at the FBI and the Department of Justice,” he said, referencing DOJ officials Rod Rosenstein and Bruce Ohr.

Meanwhile, Rep. Matt Gatetz (R-FL) said not only will the release of this memo result in DOJ firing, but "people will go to jail."

Of all the recent developments in the ongoing investigation(s), this one is on the cusp of turning into a genuine happening.

Who's going to be in the cross hairs?

So, how big will the payday be for Carter Page and Mike Flynn?
248   Goran_K   2018 Feb 2, 10:08am

Wow.

Has anyone read this full memo yet?

How do heads not roll? I thought the hype around the memo was just media hype.

It's not.

It's incredibly incriminating towards the Obama administration. I mean, if this had happened under the Trump administration, he would be impeached 100%.
250   Shaman   2018 Feb 2, 10:53am

It’s a classic conspiracy. In this case, to cheat their way past a FISA court and get to listen in on Trump campaign plans. The current acting Attorney General and recent acting chief of the FBI are clearly implicated by their signatures on FISA applications filed with their full knowledge that they were gaming the court by withholding evidence and introducing evidence that was at least partially demonstrated to be false.

Yates should go to prison.
McCabe should go to prison.

The truth is, Obama should be dragged away in chains as well.

Don't leave out Ohr, Comey and Rosenstein either.

I think it's safe to say that Trump tower was wiretapped. Trump was right again

Because he spoke to the press.

What a nothingburger.

lol--this memo is a huge nothingburger. The dossier was rightly used as one of many sources of evidence to provide basis for a warrant. There is absolutely nothing sinister at all.

Wire tapping a presidential candidate based on a fake dossier paid for by the Democrat party is a "nothing burger"?

I remember Hillary Clinton using that same term when she was trying to explain away her 30,000 deleted e-mails, didn't end up being a nothing burger in terms of the election...

The only one I see are currently being investigated is Trump and his campaign team.

Look closer:

The DOJ is reportedly investigating whether Andrew McCabe deliberately slowed the FBI's Clinton email probe.

The Department of Justice is examining whether FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe deliberately decelerated the Hillary Clinton email investigation so as not to sway the 2016 election.
The DOJ inspector general is reportedly looking into why McCabe took three weeks to respond to a request to examine newly-uncovered emails that agents at the time believed could be relevant to the Clinton probe.
McCabe was reportedly told Monday morning that he was being "removed" from the FBI, and FBI Director Christopher Wray indicated in a note to employees that the move was related to the OIG's investigation into McCabe's handling of the Clinton investigation.

Wow. Civil Libertarians long predicted FISA would be abused, but this takes the cake.

Unbelievable coordination - a conspiracy - between FBI, DOJ, and Clinton Campaign to undermine a candidate's campaign.
261   Shaman   2018 Feb 2, 2:22pm

Wait, aren’t the intelligence agencies SUPPOSED to pick our President?
The DNC AND ALL THE LEFTISTS THINK SO
262   Goran_K   2018 Feb 2, 2:31pm

Wheewww it's getting ugly now.

According to a recent Harvard/CAP polls (left leaning), 75% of poll respondents think the memo is significant and over 60% believe the FBI should be investigated by Sessions and the DOJ.

The wool has officially been pulled away. The next coming weeks should be interesting.

Wait, aren't Russian supposed to pick our president.

Wait, aren’t these same intelligence agencies who’ve been caught colluding with the Clinton campaign the very ones who “verified” that Russia hacked the DNC? Sort of destroys any credibility they had to claim that. Especially in the face of so many opposing facts like the data transfer speed, the Seth Rich scandal, and the fact that they never even had the evidence because the DNC wouldn’t release their hard drives.

So who looks like a fool now? The one believing in Deep State thuggery or the one who believes in the facts and The evidence?

Flow chart of the memo.

265   anonymous   2018 Feb 2, 3:51pm

If you need a clearer image of the flow chart, it's located on this page.

https://www.theepochtimes.com/epoch-times-investigation-beyond-the-memo_2431505.html
A declassified House Intelligence Committee memo reveals how the unverified Fusion GPS dossier—opposition research paid for by the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC)—was used by the FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ) to obtain a FISA surveillance warrant to spy on Trump campaign volunteer Carter Page.

The memo details how the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court was intentionally left in the dark about the source of the allegations that led it to approve the spy warrant in October 2016.

In one instance, the FBI and DOJ used a Yahoo! News article based on the Trump dossier as evidence to extend its FISA warrant, despite the unverified information having come from the same source.

After the initial FISA warrant was approved, dozens, if not hundreds of so-called unmasking requests were made by senior members of then-President Barack Obama’s administration.

It also opened the floodgate to a number of intelligence leaks to media organizations, which served to turn public opinion against Donald Trump.

Continuing well after Trump was elected, the spying and leaking raise serious concerns about apparent efforts by the Obama administration, the DNC, and the Clinton campaign to prevent Trump from being elected and to delegitimize him once he was in office.

Agreed - can't believe the resistance here. This is going to be brutal for the Dems. The interview with Nunes is damning. Utterly brutal what kind of sick shit the Dems engaged in here.

"There have been 59 bankers convicted of crimes, including two executives at NOVA Bank in Philadelphia who were convicted on Wednesday of fraud conspiracy related to TARP funds. An additional 19 bankers have been charged with crimes, with many awaiting trials.
Nonsense. The link primarily discusses TARP funds abuses. No one went to jail for knowingly creating and selling fraudulent securities. Or giving them bogus ratings. Even money laundering for terrorists and Mexican drug cartels would not be prosecuted by Holder. And there was the Treasury Secretary who presided over Goldman Sachs when they committed fraud of such magnitude that they had to pay a $5 billion settlement.

* DOJ official Bruce Ohr met with Steele beginning in the summer of 2016 and relayed to DOJ information about Steele's bias. Steele told Ohr that he, Steele, was desperate that Donald Trump not get elected president and was passionate about him not becoming president.

When I was younger I was a real boob man. I did unspeakable things to this one pic I had of Kim Novak...Yet like many of us once we got older our tastes matured.

Well I'm not ashamed to say when I read this, I lost it. Like old times with ms Novak, I printed it out in the living room computer, took the page to my room and ejaculated directly on this quote. Wonder if my old lady would consider this cheating, LOL!

Laughing my ass off about Dems being all like "Don't smear our National Law Enforcement." hahahahahahahaha

Total abandonment of principles, at least the hard blue base. Many of the elected Dem officials loved the Patriot Act.
276   EconPete   2018 Feb 3, 2:55am

I'm trying to connect the dots here. Were the DemoRats desperate to get Hillary elected because they needed another administration between all the corruption of the Obummer administration? Did they need to cover up the IRS scandle, Benghazi, Iran "negotiations", Uranium one, State dept. email scandle, and operation fast and furious?
I would assume there is justification for all this election rigging. Is this just the tip of the iceberg here!?
277   anonymous   2018 Feb 3, 11:58am

Most of the media attacking the Republicans now. Fox almost completely quiet. Hannity outright lying on his website in a way that can be refuted completely in a single sentence. This isn't spinning the way Republicans thought it would. So sad.
278   anonymous   2018 Feb 3, 12:57pm

I'm not even going to dignify the subject of the Republican's memo with rebuttals from links and arguments.

Reality is anti-Trump and so therefore to be attacked.

So the GOP with their vast donor network has turned this country into silliness that benefits oligarchy backed by toady trolls who are so dysinformed that they cheer for their own destruction as if it were manna from God.
