I'm curious too, why @Bellingham Bill (who bans me) chose to litter a thread I created to follow the published trades of a different User who has a much more successful record. I know people who have made their family fortunes by following Warren Buffett's trades, but they don't seem interested in following the trades of people who aren't Warren Buffett. I ended up having to ban BB, because the ban function is currently global rather than per thread, and there is currently no "delete" or "move" function to keep a thread on topic.

Yes, or at least it moves them to "comment jail", but I feel an aversion against making false accusations. I was once accused of marking a comment as "spam," even though I hadn't. (I had Disliked more than one comment by that user, and that activated somehow an automatic "spam" designation without ever clicking "spam".)

Dan's the only person I've ever used the former 'ignore' feature on. It was only because he kept posting pictures of gay guys and I didn't have enough brain bleach to handle it all.

I actually like his tech posts. The rest of the stuff - the long walls of text I usually just scroll past. After Patrick removed the ignores, I haven't noticed hairy dick when I've been scrolling so no reason to do so again even if I had that feature again...

I also thought ironman was fun. I was always fine with trading hands (ok fingers) with him. If he got tedious there was always the option of just not responding. I actually respected the fact that he could find any tiny flaw in your argument.
