Better yet, require national guard deployment whenever protestors enter highways and impede traffic, threatening completely uninvolved motorists. This would take the decision making out of the hands of beta males like Los Angeles mayor Eric Garcetti who utterly refuses to deploy law enforcement in these situations, and even if he did, would have them stand down and fail to protect the citizens of LA and their property from paid anarchist protestors.
