So how this works is: take a hard coded trait that is absolutely impossible to change about yourself, make a few cosmetic alterations to your appearance, declare it changed, and sue anyone who disagrees with you!

Wasted several minutes watching the whole thing and listening to every word to hear the part claimed in the post title. The closest it comes is asking a hypothetical question.

THIS IS GREAT NEWS.
Since you can change you race at whim, no more need for special race-based programs! It's all a personal choice.
Look, if you can change your gender which involves flipping the bird at far greater differences involving major body chemistry and entire organs, you can certainly ignore your melatonin.

And who says you can't change back and forth when necessary, say to get preferential treatment for university admissions or job applications?
This would be the end of AA.
Just picture the collective face of college admission personnel figuring out this "but I self-identify as black" puzzle.

Our morning news rolled out the Annual "Oh My gawd lawdy me, I applied to 8 Ivy league schools and got accepted to everyone of them."
And of course she wants to get into "Criminal Justice".
And the Hispanic kid that got into Harvard by writing "Black Lives Matters" 100 times on his application.
in 2030 the number one top show will be "Is you smarter than a Garbage man?"
