business related to healthcare.
But health care is not a free market because you really don't have the ability to shop or the ability to walk away.
So we should have:
* mandatory presentation of all non-emergency costs before treatment
* government set prices on emergency care
* ability to buy in to Medicare and get the benefits of a published price list and portable insurance

This bill that they didn't vote on would have been another clusterfuck anyway. It's clearly a rush job, and voting for it would be a lot like "you have to pass it to find out what is in it" type of thing. Then Trump would own it.
